Trenchless Pipe Replacement

Replacing a pipe shouldn't mean destroying your yard or cutting down your tree. A–1 PowerPipe Trenchless Replacement allows you to continue enjoying your landscaping and pathways while we replace your pipes!

How does PowerPipe Trenchless Replacement work?

Trenchless pipe technology, also known as pipe bursting, is a method of replacing an old pipe with a new pipe of the same or larger inner diameter. Our technicians will dig only at the pipe's starting and ending points, leaving the rest of the yard untouched. Our tools do this by pulling a hardened, steel-splitting head through the old pipe. The new pipe is attached to the back of the splitting head and is pulled in as the old pipe is split and expanded. The new pipe follows the path of the old one and lies in its rubble. Trenchless replacement requires large amounts of pulling power, a feature that our tools naturally possess.

Why should I choose PowerPipe Trenchless Replacement over traditional pipe replacement?

Traditional pipe replacement digs into the ground along the path that the pipe follows. Any trees, landscaping, pathways, sidewalks, or other lawn fixtures will be displaced or destroyed using this method. Trenchless pipe replacement only requires digging at the starting and ending points of the pipes, meaning that we can avoid digging into tree roots, pathways, and much of your landscaping. Also, because the holes are smaller, patching up the areas is much easier. Often, you won't even be able to tell that we were there! By using PowerPipe Trenchless Replacement, you can have your cake and eat it, too!

Excavation and Repair

When Excavation is needed we have the equipment to do the job ourselves. Deep excavations some times are sub–contracted out. We only use local contractors. When we are done with an excavation job we do it so well that you or your neighbors won't be upset about the pile of dirt in your lawn.
